Le projet rinoceros n’a pas disparu, il continue de vivre pour valoriser les points de vue des acteurs associatifs dans le monde dans le site Ritimo.

United Nations Development Fund for Women

UNIFEM is the women’s fund at the United Nations. It provides financial and technical assistance to innovative programmes and strategies to foster women’s empowerment and gender equality.
It publishes four web portals:

WomenWatch

Founded in 1999, WomenWatch is a central gateway to information and resources on the promotion of gender equality and the empowerment of women throughout the United Nations system.

Women’s Human Rights Net

Founded in 1997, WHRnet aims to provide reliable, comprehensive, and timely information and analyses on women’s human rights in English, Spanish and French. WHRnet updates readers on women’s human rights issues and policy developments globally and provides information and analyses that support advocacy actions. A team of regionally based content specialists provides regular News, Interviews, Perspectives, Alert and Campaign information, and Web Highlights.
The site provides an introduction to women’s human rights issues worldwide; an overview of UN/Regional Human Rights Systems; a Research Tool that serves as gateway to the best available online resources relevant to Women’s human rights advocacy; and a comprehensive collection of related Links.

AfricaBib

The site, online from 1999, consists of two bibliographic databases covering African periodical literature (Bibliography of Africana Periodical Literature Database) and African Women’s literature (African Women’s Database). There is also a comprehensive bibliography on women travelers and explorers to Africa (Women Travelers, Explorers and Missionaries to Africa: 1763-2004: A Comprehensive English Language Bibliography).
